Salary package: $125,642 per annum plus 17% superannuation

We are seeking to appoint a Director, Development (Colleges) responsible for development and implementation of the Advancement Colleges strategy and plans for integration with the University.

This senior leader in the ANU Advancement team will also manage key relationships with donors and prospects across the Development portfolio in partnership with the Director, Development (University wide), particularly those focused on College initiatives.

Reporting to the Vice-President (Advancement) the Director, Development (Colleges) will lead development and implementation of fundraising activity and new philanthropy strategies and initiatives for ANU College Advancement activities across the University. The role will direct and provide guidance to a team of senior Advancement professionals in the ANU Colleges.

The successful candidate will be a seasoned development leader who can substantially contribute to the strategic growth, management and culture of the Advancement team and the University at a critical stage, as the University builds towards a comprehensive campaign.
