Under direct supervision, performs of a variety of routine clerical duties in support of office operations. Selects the correct process from several clearly prescribed steps. Duties may consist of data entry, posting information to logs, typing labels and forms, maintaining filing systems, answering phones, greeting the public, copying material, delivering/tracking documents, monitoring inventory, ordering supplies and other clerical duties of a non-complex nature.

Other duties: Receives consent forms, new patient forms, new patient records from outside facilities; research forms, FMLA and Disability forms, etc. that must have medical record number searched and scans into patient chart in Impact within the correct folder in the chart. Performs other duties as assigned.

Expected hourly rate of pay: $11.33 - 16.38

High School diploma or GED required.
