Coordinates with the clinical site administrator utilizing initiative and sound judgment for multiple master degree programs in the FCH Department; Provide mid-semester reports for each clinical course to clinical faculty develops an effective written procedure to initiate, manage, track and evaluate the clinical site process for each semester; maintains timelines and conducts extensive follow-up. Provides course-related support for the Pediatric Acute Care and Neonatal Programs. Provides editorial assistance to research faculty showing initiative, sound judgment and discretion in working with confidential matters. Compiles data and supports the grant proposal process; maintains bio-sketches, faculty publication and awards database and faculty web pages; creates surveys and generates reports. Provides backup coverage and a high level of customer service.

BA/BS strongly preferred, with 3-5 years progressively responsible administrative experience. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment with competing deadlines and priorities. Excellent customer service orientation essential. This position requires strong initiative and sound judgment with the capacity to exercise discretion in working with highly confidential matters. Solid written and oral communication skills with the ability to compose and edit written documents essential. (Writing samples are required). A systems thinker with a results orientation is needed for success in this role. Demonstrated intermediate to advanced level PC skills including all facets of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access and Outlook) and the ability to effectively utilize the Internet is required. Proficiency with End Notes/Reference Manager. Ability to work autonomously as well as an effective team player. Fast keyboarding needed, at least 50 wpm. Knowledge of University policies and procedures desired..
