This position is for a PhD level Senior Research Investigator who will perform various lab support tasks in addition to his/her independent project. The position will focus on the mechanisms governing sarcoma lung metastasis and primary sarcoma tumorigenesis. The position will engage in independent design and implementation of experiments relevant to the mission of the research program. The investigator will also manage some aspects of the laboratory including the animal colony: breeding, weaning, genotyping. They will also present findings at meetings, write papers, and contribute to grants.

Experimental work will include. bench experimentaton, tissue culture, PCR, qRT-PCR, western blot, animal experiments, genomic analyses, cloning, viral production.
