The Office SVCS Specialist position will be responsible for greeting participants in the clinic for the All of Us study and will answer clinic phones, direct participants within the building, validate parking tickets, and provide general customer service to ensure participant needs are met. OSS I will also provide back up support to Patient Registration Receptionist to process participant incentive payments.

Under direct supervision, performs of a variety of routine clerical duties in support of office operations. Selects the correct process from several clearly prescribed steps. Duties may consist of data entry, posting information to logs, typing labels and forms, maintaining filing systems, answering phones, greeting the public, copying material, delivering/tracking documents, monitoring inventory, ordering supplies and other clerical duties of a non-complex nature.

Hourly Pay Range: $11.33 - $16.38

High School diploma or GED required.

The candidate must have strong customer service skills and be highly organized. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.

This is a part-time position (20 hours/week). Preferred schedule is 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM, Monday - Friday.
