Assistant Management Accountant

King’s College London is looking for a high calibre Assistant Management Accountant to provide quality financial support and advice to the Arts & Sciences Faculties in pursuit of the university’s strategic objectives.
The post sits within the Arts and Sciences Management Accounts team, reporting to the Senior Finance Business Partner (Arts & Sciences).
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Production of monthly management accounts
- Income and expenditure monitoring
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting to enable faculties to achieve their strategic objectives and financial targets
- Assist with costings and preparing financial reports
- Month end journals and year-end procedures
- Liaising with budget holders
The successful candidate must have proven management accounts experience, strong IT, communication and time-management skills. This role is ideal for a newly qualified or part qualified accountant.
