Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow in Experimental Condensed Matter Physics in the Department of Physics (Ref.: 495593), to commence as soon as possible for two years, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance.

Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree in Physics or a closely related discipline, with experimental experience in semiconductor physics, condensed matter physics or optics.  Strong hands-on skills in device fabrication or optics would be an advantage.  The appointee will work with Professor Xiaodong Cui to pursue research in experimental condensed matter physics.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.  At current rates, salaries tax does not exceed 15% of gross income.
