Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow in the School of Nursing (Ref.: 495570), to commence as soon as possible for two years, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance.
Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree in public health, nursing, health education, social science or healthcare-related disciplines. They should have excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team. Preference will be given to those with a track record of planning and implementing health promotion studies or healthcare-related research projects. The appointee will participate in a large scale community project about maternal and child health collaborating with a large non-government organisation. He/She will be responsible for project management, health promotion, academic publications, preparation of reports, and other duties as assigned by the Principal Investigator. Research training opportunities will be provided.
