Working with a high degree of independence, to oversee projects within the laboratory and to assume responsibility for the day to day operation of lab activities. To collect, enter, summarize, analyze and interpret data. To contribute significantly to the planning/design of studies and to help develop long or short term goals.

Collects, records, maintains and analyzes data and information in support of specialized and complex scientific research. Assists the Principle Investigator or Lab Manager in determining protocols to be used, conducts directed literature searches, and exercises judgment in applying scientific techniques and procedures. Assists with grant writing and IRBs. Serves as a resource for technicians and other researchers. Performs other duties as assigned.

$47,486.40 - $85,000.00

Doctorate in a related field OR Master's degree in a related field and two (2) years of related experience OR Bachelor s degree in related field and four (4) years of related experience OR Associate's degree in related field and six (6) years of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.
