An opportunity has arisen for a Student Administration Manager within the School for Policy Studies.

This is an exciting leadership position in a busy and friendly student administration team that covers both undergraduate and postgraduate students. You will have experience of working in a relevant office environment, with significant student administration experience.

Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to providing a high level of support to students is essential.

You will be an exceptional team leader who can demonstrate significant experience in managing a team. You will be able to work collaboratively with academic and professional services colleagues across the university. You will have excellent organisational and administrative skills, be efficient and adaptable and used to working in a busy and complex environment. You will be able to prioritise effectively and work to deadlines, have experience using a range of student administration systems and be able to adapt to new systems and processes quickly. You will be highly analytic and be able to generate credible recommendations from data and persuade senior managers to adopt changes.
