Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (Ref.: 495524), to commence as soon as possible for one to three years, with the possibility of renewal.

Applicants should possess a Ph.D. or M.D. degree in developmental biology, cell biology, molecular biology, medicine, medical/biological sciences, or a related discipline. Those who are expecting a Ph.D. or M.D. degree in 2019 may also be considered.  Work experience with experimental animals such as mutant mice is essential.  Experience in germ cell development, molecular biology, human or murine stem cell culture, signal transduction, or ovarian/testicular development would be an advantage.  Applicants should have a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.  The appointee will work with a team on mammalian germ cell development using genetically modified mouse models and various cell and molecular biology methods.  He/She will conduct pathological and physiological studies with cell and molecular biology techniques in the general field of reproductive physiology and reproductive medicine.
