Research Education and Development Coordinator
- Support the development, maintenance and evaluation of programs
- Full time, continuing role based at our Melbourne (Bundoora) campus
- $65,898 - $74,017 per annum plus up to 17% superannuation
About the role
In this central role you will coordinate a range of engagement activities and development programs for researchers offered by the Research Education and Development team in the Graduate Research School. Provide logistical support for the development of seminars, short courses, lectures, social and cultural events, coordinate bookings, promote and evaluate the programs. Liaise with key stakeholders and participants. Need to be responsive and proactive in a dynamic, stimulating work environment. You will also provide administrative support to the Graduate Research School executive team and office management.
Skills & Experience
To be considered for this role you will have a commitment to a high standard of customer service. You must have strong analytical, problem solving, communication and organisational skills, as well as a high level of initiative. An understanding and ability to support staff in the planning, design and delivery of learning and development activities is essential. Administrative support experience is also required. You must also be proficient in a range of computer and IT applications including Microsoft Office, Excel and Acrobat.
