The Department of Psychiatry at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for several Assistant Professor positions in the non-tenure academic-clinician track. The successful applicant will have experience in the field of psychiatry with a focus on adult psychiatry. Responsibilities include direction of patient care, establishment of diagnosis, development of treatment plans, documentation of treatment services and provision of direct ongoing care and services to psychiatric outpatients. Responsibilities also include teaching and supervising medical students and residents in an outpatient setting; and maintaining administrative duties that pertain to the position. Applicants must have an M.D. degree and have demonstrated excellent qualifications in education and clinical care. Board certification/Board eligibility in psychiatry and PA medical license are required. We seek candidates who embrace and reflect diversity in the broadest sense.
