(Level B) $97,577 to $115,495 per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation may apply
3 year fixed term contract available from July 2019 with the possibility of converting to a continuing position contingent on meeting performance targets

The Business School invites applications for a Lecturer position in Finance with the potential to teach into a growing Business Analytics stream. The successful applicant will have strong teaching capabilities at both the undergraduate and postgraduate level. They will also be expected to make a strong contribution to research within the School, pursue external funding, as well as attract and supervise research students.
The Adelaide Business School has a stimulating multidisciplinary learning environment that fosters the pursuit of leadership and excellence in both research and education. It is an AACSB accredited business school offering a broad range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs in the core discipline areas of accounting, finance, international business, management and marketing, as well as a suite of MBA programs. To be successful you will need:
- Possess a PhD in Finance (or near completion).
- Evidence of high quality teaching in Finance at undergraduate and postgraduate levels including a willingness to be involved in the school’s international programs.
- High-level skills in coding and handling large business–related databases plus ability to teach into business data analytics courses.
- Experience of undertaking research in Finance and proven ability to publish in reputable, academic peer reviewed journals.
- Ability to undertake academic administrative functions, including strategic or other similar planning processes.
