Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow in the School of Biological Sciences (Ref.: 495539), to commence as soon as possible for two to three years, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.
Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree in Biochemistry or equivalent, with a strong background in structural biology. Experience in baculovirus and mammalian expression systems or in cryo-electron microscopy would be an advantage. The appointee will study cryo-EM structures of large protein complexes. A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits. At current rates, salaries tax does not exceed 15% of gross income.
