Human Resources Process Improvement Partner
HUMAN RESOURCES DIVISION
Fixed term, full-time appointment (12 months)
You will drive a contemporary and streamlined approach to best practice HR policies and procedures delivering efficient HR services across the University with an initial focus on projects supporting the planning and implementation of the Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) system.
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated understanding of policy development and implementation along with experience in championing process improvement in a large and complex organisation. Experience in process re-engineering and re-imagining HR processes and/or HCM implementation will be highly regarded.
