The Penn Clinical TBI Research Initiative seeks a senior research coordinator to work with our collaborative group of PIs and research assistants. The successful applicant will take a leadership role in our clinical research activities, including:

  1. Study monitoring and oversight, including coordinating and tracking subject visits with research assistants, preparing and maintaining IRB documentation, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory documentation
  2. Onboarding team members, including research assistants and students. Providing oversight for research study related activities of these team members
  3. Assisting with budgets and contracts and invoice oversight for research activities.
  4. Subject recruitment, enrollment, and follow-up as needed
  5. A Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years to 4 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Experience in working as part of multi-institutional research studies is required. Experience in administration of neuropsychological testing highly desirable. Successful applicant will have leadership and supervisory experience in a clinical research environment.
