Department :

Do you want to help a global university deliver its ambitious goals and dedication to students and education?

We are looking for a passionate and ambitious person to act as a catalyst for change at King's.

You will join the Education & Students Business Change team delivering business process improvement and change management through the PACT Programme (Programme Administration Change & Transformation), and the King's Education Strategy.

You will be a hardworking and collaborative individual who will lead the development and implementation of our change management strategy, increase staff awareness and engagement, and ensure that business change requirements and benefits management are built into wider project and programme planning. You will need to develop authentic relationships with diverse colleagues from across King's to help shape long-term success.

You will have strong change and project management skills, and experience of delivering successful organisation change. We are ambitious for King's and are looking to attract exceptional individuals who thrive working in a dynamic environment and who can demonstrate a commitment to supporting change and innovation.

When applying, in the 'Upload supporting documents' section, please attach a personal statement to tell us why you are suitable for the role.

This post will be offered on an indefinite contract.
