SSNAP Project Coordinator

The School of Population Health and Environmental Sciences (https://www.kcl.ac.uk/lsm/index.aspx) is seeking to appoint a Project Coordinator. 

The Sentinel Stroke National Audit Programme (SSNAP) is the single source of stroke data in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. 

This role will involve coordinating the delivery of SSNAP. The project coordinator will oversee the smooth operation of the SSNAP Helpdesk, ensuring information is disseminated to hospital staff in a timely way. The role will involve manning the helpdesk, and proactively creating process documents and resources to create efficiencies in helpdesk activities. 

The SSNAP project coordinator will work under the direction of the SSNAP project/programme managers to ensure the complex clinical audit quarterly reporting cycle is adhered to. This will involve communicating important data deadlines to audit participants, following stringent data quality checks, identifying and escalating potentially important trends over time in results to management, and ensuring reports are effectively disseminated to audit participants on schedule. 

This post will be offered on a fixed-term contract for 1 year. 
This is a full-time post.  

The selection process will include a panel interview.
