Reports to the administrator for Cardiac Electrophysiology performing various administrative and clerical duties in support of research, fellowship and other programs as needed. Routinely responsible for data collection and organization of source record files for research registry patient/subjects. Also assists with data entry, backups, regulatory document archiving, mailing and telephone correspondence as needed.

Position is contingent on continued funding.

A High School Diploma 1 year to 2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

  • Work or study experience in a clinical/hospital setting required
  • Familiarity with Medical terminology required
  • Knowledge of cardiology preferred but not necessary
  • Experience with electronic medical records strongly desired
  • Future medical students considered based on experience
