The Center for Practice Transformation (C-PT) in the Department of Radiology seeks an Innovation Manager. The Innovation Manager is responsible for designing and executing Center projects from contextual research through rapid experimentation and implementation. This position requires a high degree of sophistication, resourcefulness, creativity and the ability to lead by influencing others at all levels across the organization. The Innovation Manager must be able to develop, maintain, and manage exciting new data-driven pilot projects that require software development and support, including projects that use artificial intelligence. In addition, the Innovation Manager must have the ability to make key decisions and perform analyses, which will impact project success, completion, and translation to the clinical space.

C-PT facilitates the development, testing, and implementation of initiatives to re-imagine care delivery to patients in radiology, improve patient outcomes, optimize patient and clinician experience, and decrease the cost of care. It applies innovation principles to identify opportunities to 1) improve how patients and their families experience care in radiology, 2) support referring clinicians in managing their patients, 3) enable radiologists to use cutting-edge technology to deliver care, and 4) train the next generation of radiologists to deliver the highest quality care. A Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years to 5 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
