This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious graduate to further develop their career by working on a 30-month Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) project between IPIG Ltd and the University of the West of Scotland.

IPIG – Inspiring Projects Involving Glass - provide uniquely engineered architectural glass solutions for some of the most demanding architects and end clients around the World.  The company is looking to strengthen their brand, expand the business both in the UK and internationally and solidify their position as a global leader in their market.  This will involve a combination of market led strategic change and business development activity, development and implementation of a modern business structure (organisational change), enhanced infrastructure (business systems), improved business processes (strategic marketing and business development) and a new customer centric culture (culture and change management).

This is a unique opportunity to join the IPIG team and work directly with the CEO/senior management team.  We seek an outstanding graduate with a relevant degree in business/marketing, or a marketing related qualification, and proven interest in business innovation, marketing, development and growth (particularly in SMEs) to help deliver this transformative project.  In addition, the post holder will bring to the team excellent digital, communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a high-performance team, collaborating with colleagues and sharing expertise.

The post will be based at the company HQ in Glasgow, working directly with the company founder and CEO, and will also involve occasional visits to the London office and general business travel.
