Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow in the Department of Mechanical Engineering (Ref.: 495530), to commence on or before March 31, 2020 for up to three years.

Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree in Mechanics, Physics, Biomedical Engineering or related disciplines, with a strong background in biophysics and scientific computing (using methods such as FEM, MD and Monte Carlo). Past experience in modeling and simulation of biological cells would be desirable. Applicants should be highly self-motivated and have excellent communication skills in written and spoken English as well as the ability to work independently. The appointee will work under the supervision of Dr. Yuan Lin.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits. At current rates, salaries tax does not exceed 15% of gross income.
