King's Business School is a research-intensive school, which has the benefit of being integrated within a world-leading, multi-faculty institution. The School is based in the iconic Bush House building in central London, from where it forms a hub for engagement with business, the City, public sector organisations, government and NGOs. The Global Placements Officer provides the operational and administrative support for the provision of year-in-industry placements within King's Business School's undergraduate programmes, initially the BSc International Management, but also to further programmes as provision and demand expands.
They are responsible for proactively generating, cultivating and developing relationships with placement hosts and partners in the UK and internationally providing exceptional opportunities for the benefit of King's Business School students.
We seek a natural networker, who enjoys building and maintaining meaningful relationships with a wide range of contacts across the corporate, public and third sectors. They will possess relevant work experience in the higher education, recruitment, commercial or marketing field. Successful candidates will be articulate, flexible and future-focused with strong relationship management skills, constantly seeking to develop innovative new ways to build placement provision, working collaboratively with members of King's Careers & Employability and King's Business School
This post will be offered on a full time, indefinite contract.
The selection process will include a panel interview, an assessment, a presentation.
Grade and Salary : Grade 5, £31,883 to £36,422 per annum, inclusive of £3,223 per annum London Allowance.
