Full Time, Fixed-Term

Applications are invited for the post of REF Manager based in the Department of Research & Enterprise. The post holder will form part of a REF2021 Project team tasked with delivering the Royal Holloway REF 2021 submission. This will involve coordinating the collection and preparation of all narrative and data components; supporting appropriate systems and processes to manage and validate data and liaising with academic leads of the relevant REF units of assessment and delivering status reports and briefings.

Applicants should have a first degree or equivalent work experience, knowledge and understanding of the higher education sector. Experience of working on a past REF/RAE submission would be a strong advantage. Applicants should also have direct experience working in a Research Office with significant experience of researching and working with a range of management information, and of successfully developing and maintaining relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. A secondment would be considered.
