The University has recently transformed the delivery of student administration and support services which are delivered through four teams working in our Service Centres and dedicated spaces across our UK campuses. We are now seeking to expand our teams and have a Student Services Senior Administrator opportunity available.

Our current vacancies include full and part time roles across our teams on University Park and Jubilee Campus, covering areas across the student journey, including administration and support of curriculum, module enrolment, timetabling, assessment and maintaining student records throughout their time with us. We also have a team based in Queens Medical Centre.

In this crucial role, you will to provide high quality administrative support to students and academics across the University, as well as having the opportunity to provide face to face student support in one of our service centres to ensure the successful delivery of a number of services associated with the student journey.   

As part of a busy, dynamic team, you will need to be highly enthusiastic, self-motivated and have a strong customer service background. Equally important, is the need to have an excellent eye for detail and experience of delivering a high quality administrative service.  With proven IT skills, excellent planning and organisation, communication and interpersonal skills you must be committed to collaborative team working and have the ability to work independently.

Our Senior Administrators lead small teams in this vibrant environment, therefore excellent team leadership and supervisory skills are essential along with the motivation to drive forward our high standards of service in yourself and your team members.

This is a full-time, fixed-term position. Work patterns may fall between the hours of 08:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday. Job share arrangements may be considered.
