Student Service Officer
STUDENT SERVICES DIVISION

The Student Services Division is seeking a permanent Student Service Officer to provide front-line customer service support, including a range of student administrative functions.
The successful applicant will be heavily involved in the student life-cycle of events such as new enrolments, orientation, examinations, graduation, outbound calling activities, email correspondence, counter enquiries and form processing activities. In this position, the Student Service Officer will seek to provide the highest standard of customer service, continuously exceeding student expectations while maintaining adherence to UOW policy and procedures.
Applicants will have demonstrated experience in a fast paced contact centre environment, and have experience in exceptional customer service standards and practices. The applicant will have an aptitude to quickly obtain a working knowledge of web-based systems, and the ability to cope with high volume and fluctuating workload demands.
