Job description

Working in the School of Energy, Construction and Environment you will be committed to contributing to the continued success of the undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Quantity Surveying and Construction Project and Cost Management. You will join a School with high levels of teaching quality and student satisfaction in the National Student Survey and a commitment to enhancing our research activities through "Excellence with Impact".

You will have experience of using IT software systems in Quantity Surveying and preferably the wider application of Building Information Modelling across the construction industry. You will be expected to support teaching and field work across all undergraduate and postgraduate levels and work closely with colleagues in the delivery of current and new modules as well as act as an undergraduate personal tutor.

Applicants from academia will have experience and success of delivering high-quality teaching. Applicants from practice would be expected to demonstrate experience of training/mentoring and a portfolio of relevant project and professional experience that can be used to inform the teaching and learning experience of our students.
