Position overview

An exciting opportunity exists for an Operations & Gift Services Manager to join the expanding Advancement Services team at the Australian National University. This newly established role offers a unique opportunity to support the strategic goals of ANU Advancement by leading a small team that facilitates the seamless receipt and administration of gifts to the University.

The Operations & Gift Services Manager manages and oversees the operational responsibilities of ANU Advancement, ensuring the development of business operations protocols, handling complex issues related to gifts raised for the University, engaging stakeholders and delivering high quality and robust Advancement client services across the University.

The ideal candidate is motivated, independent and proactive with excellent organisational, administrative and communication skills. Well-developed management and problem solving skills are an advantage. Experience with CRM systems, especially in an Advancement or not-for-profit setting, a plus.

You will be passionate about working collaboratively and managing a team to create the ideal alumni and donor experience in giving to ANU with a focus on continually improving business  processes.
