Coventry University have a full time vacancy within the TimetablingTeam with the Faculty of Business and Law

 You will be part of a team of three and will assisting in providing timetables to students and academics. You will also have responsibility for taking room bookings and communicating bookings to customers.  You will provide support to the Faculty Academic Resource officer with ad-hoc room bookings, induction timetables, student teaching timetable queries and anyother duties deemed within the scope of the grade.

 You will deal with enquiries from wider University colleagues, including Student Services, Library and may also deal with external organisations.  Your role will be to liaise with a wide variety of staff both in the Faculty and across theUniversity.

 You should be educated up to GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English. A Higher Education qualification would be an advantage. You should have some experience of administrative systems including database systems and procedures.  Experience of working within Higher Education would be advantageous. You must have some working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

 Good communication skills, and attention to detail are essential for this post, as are a 'can-do' attitude and the skills necessary to become part of a crucial team within Coventry University.

 Training will be provided.
