The Faculty Education Manager (FEM) is a pivotal role, supporting the Vice Dean (Education) in defining and delivering the School's Education strategy, while ensuring exceptional service for staff and students in all aspects of education support. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the FEM will be a critical player in the School's professional services leadership team. Looking beyond the School, the postholder will also play a key role in the wider Education and Students function, supporting the implementation of the College's Education Strategy. The post is broad, varied and fast-paced and it requires an individual who can offer strategic insight alongside command of the operational detail. 

You will be a strong and effective manager, able to guide and steer a large function via your immediate reports, setting and achieving the highest standards of customer service. As well as managing people, you must be adept at managing process and making effective use of enterprise systems. It is essential that you can build and sustain constructive relationships with all stakeholders.

The salary will be paid at Grade 8, £54,853 to £63,051 per annum, inclusive of £3,223 per annum London Allowance. 

This post will be offered on an indefinite. 

This is a full-time post - 100% full time equivalent. 

The selection process will include a presentation and a panel interview. Interviews are anticipated to take place on Tuesday 4th June.
