The Health Management Group at Alliance Manchester Business School is recruiting seven Lecturer/Senior Lecturer posts in Healthcare Management. The principal responsibilities will be associated with the delivery and management of the MSc Healthcare Leadership (The Anderson Programme).
There will also be opportunities to engage in the other teaching, research and executive education activities of the Health Management Group, which specialises in research and evaluation; teaching and executive education; and personal and organisational development. We aim to combine academic rigour and practical relevance in our work and to bridge the worlds of research, theory, policy and practice. We are part of the University’s Institute for Health Policy and Organisation research (IHPO) which brings together academics and researchers from across the University of Manchester with shared interests in organisation and workforce, regulation and leadership and health and care in the wider context.

The Lecturer/Senior Lecturer appointments will be made on the University of Manchester’s Teaching and Scholarship basis, with a typical workload split of 80% teaching and administration; and 20% scholarship activity.
In addition to the Faculty posts we are also seeking to recruit Associates to work on the Anderson Programme as cohort tutors. All shortlisted applicants (Faculty and Associate posts) will be invited to an Assessment Centre on 20 May 20 or 21 May. Shortlisted applicants for the Faculty positions will also be invited to an interview on either 22 May or 23 May.
