Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Head of IT has responsibility for leading and managing the delivery of the University’s information systems and technology, including developing, reviewing and implementing the Department’s operational plan and ensuring the continued smooth running of IT services for all university stakeholders. The main focus of this role will be on continuous improvement in standards and services provided throughout the University. 

We are looking for an individual with substantial experience in leading an IT operation services in an international organisation, preferably in higher education. Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills are essential, together with proven project management skills.  You will be able to demonstrate a record of achievement in a similar role and aptitude for driving efficiency and value from IT services.

The Head of IT will be located primarily at the Richmond Campus but, will also be required to work at the Kensington Campus. This position may require occasional evening and weekend work.
