Postion Overview
The Research School of Chemistry (RSC) is one of eight schools in the ANU College of Science (CoS) at the Australian National University delivering and supporting excellence in Research and Education. Located in the heart of Canberra on the sprawling Acton campus, the RSC is spread across 3 buildings housing world-class facilities and home to some of the world's leading researchers and award winning teachers.
The RSC is seeking an exceptional executive assistant, someone who possess qualities that include a high level of organisational skills and excellent communication skills combined with discretion. Working closely with the Research School Director and Manager, the Executive Assistant is a member of a small team of professional staff supporting the day to day operations of the Director's office and a busy Research School. If you are a resourceful and details-oriented professional able to work both independently and as part of a team, we would love to hear from you.
