Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow in the Division of Public Health Laboratory Sciences (PHLS) in the School of Public Health (Ref.: 494392), to commence as soon as possible for two years, with the possibility of renewal.

Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree in microbiology, immunology, molecular biology, bioinformatics, or a related discipline.  Experience in handling microbial pathogens at BSL2 or BSL3 level would be an advantage.  The appointee will work in a research group to study influenza transmission and host response.  Enquiries about the duties of the post should be sent to the School at sphhr@hku.hk.
