Applications are invited for the post of Senior Student Recruitment Events Coordinator based in the Department of Marketing and Communications.

You would be part of an innovative Student Recruitment section, responsible for the recruitment and conversion of students within the UK and overseas at undergraduate and postgraduate taught level. As our Student Recruitment Events Coordinator you would be part of the Events Team, working alongside three other teams to deliver on our strategic goals.

The Events Team is responsible for the planning and delivery of our flagship Open Days, Applicant Visit Days, and other large scale events, both on and off campus for prospective students. We’re constantly developing our events to ensure they are engaging and targeted and meet the needs of our prospective students and their supporters and you would be key to delivering this. You would coordinate all aspects of specific student recruitment events, supporting the effective planning and delivery of the events.

Strong organisational skills are crucial, as is outstanding attention to detail and a passion for delivering excellent events, as well as previous experience in student recruitment or event management. You will have a clear understanding of the UK Higher Education sector and the information needs of prospective students. You will also excel in analysis and evaluation, ensuring we are data driven and insight led.
