The Policy Officer provides professional high-level policy support as part of the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Unit. Working collaboratively, both within and outside the University, they will develop and implement policies and initiatives to promote an inclusive and welcoming environment for all. The Policy Officer will be a self-motivated, independent professional with a committed, proactive, and flexible approach. They will exercise diplomacy and discretion and demonstrate integrity and sensitivity in the fulfilment of their responsibilities.

The role is full time and permanent.
