Since its foundation in 2003, the School of Pharmacy at UEA has grown and flourished with innovations in teaching and research that have enhanced its  reputation as one of the top pharmacy schools in the UK. The post holder will provide strategic leadership, encouraging high-quality teaching and research and building on the success of the School as we move forward to and beyond REF2020 and the TEF. Applicants must have strong leadership skills, and be able to demonstrate the ability to engage with and encourage others to deliver School, Faculty and University objectives. This position attracts a stipend and is available immediately for an initial period of five years.  

The Head of School will sit on the Science Faculty Executive, alongside other Heads of School and Associate Deans, and will represent the School of Pharmacy at these meetings and other University level bodies.
