The appointee will oversee the Enrichment Year curriculum, programme operations and delivery, quality assurance, and contribute to the overall teaching effectiveness and innovation, curriculum and pedagogical development of the Enrichment Year.  He/She will be responsible to conduct teaching and supervise students for the Enrichment Year, and is expected to be active in networking with university institutions, social service organizations, industry partners and social entrepreneurs, etc. to create placement opportunities for students.  In addition, he/she is expected to provide guidance to academic advisers and mentors.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.  At current rates, salaries tax does not exceed 15% of gross income.  The appointment will attract a contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 15% of basic salary.  Housing benefits will also be provided as applicable.
