There is now an outstanding career opportunity for a new Executive Dean to lead the Faculty of Law into the future by further enhancing its reputation nationally and internationally. With a focus on innovation, you will have significant academic leadership experience and the proven capacity to contribute at a strategic level to QUT’s development, while actively promoting both the Faculty and University. Engagement with students, academics, the profession, industry and government will also be important.

Your substantial senior management experience should be coupled with a working knowledge of the current trends and issues in one or more law disciplines and a demonstrated track record of building high performing teams while fostering effective collaboration. Excellent business acumen and your ability to manage a large budget will be essential.  As an effective influencer, you will have highly developed communication and negotiation skills.
