The School’s Research Hub and Research Centres provide a space devoted to interdisciplinary research. The Centre for Work and Organisational Performance (CWOP) brings together academics who have an ongoing research agenda in various aspects of work and organisational studies.

The role

The School of Business and Law is seeking to appoint an Associate Professor in Management who has significant academic leadership experience, and whose research focus is on ‘wellness at work’ and/or ‘human capital management’. Collaborating with other members of CWOP, the Associate Professor will engage in high-level research, deliver grant income, conduct postgraduate research supervision, lead achievements in their field, and perform teaching, service and strategic engagement activities.

Benefits & Remuneration

This full-time, ongoing position attracts a salary of $145,317 to $159,926 (ALEVD) plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
