The primary role of the Resourcing Manager is to ensure delivery of a professional and effective recruitment and selection service through the ongoing implementation, development and improvement in the University’s recruitment and selection policies, processes and systems, working closely with key stakeholders which include recruiting managers, the University’s senior team and HR Operations. The Resourcing Manager reports to the Head of HR Central Support and has line management responsibility for a small team as well as working closely with the Temporary Staffing Service (TSS) Manager and Employee Hub Services Manager.

With proven resourcing/recruitment experience, ideally gained within large and complex organisations, you will bring fresh and innovative ideas to University’s overall resourcing strategy and aspirations as well as the ability to apply your extensive Resourcing and HR knowledge and experience to a wide range of initiatives.
