Applicants should possess: (i) a Ph.D. degree in Education, Psychology or other fields related to the learning sciences or educational leadership development; (ii) solid qualitative and quantitative research skills; and (iii) the ability to communicate effectively in writing and in oral presentations in both Chinese and English.  A track record of research and professional publications and relevant work experience in the teaching and learning of science and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) would be an advantage.
