Job Description 

Provide direct professional and administrative support to the Dean. Oversee office management for the Deans office and supervise staff and student employees. Prioritize concerns for the Dean's attention and ensure deadlines are met. Function as Deans liaison with University departments, Advisory Board, Faculty, and students.

Plan and oversee School events, including Advisory Board meetings and Faculty meetings. Responsible for all class scheduling and room assignments. 

Required Skills

B.A./B.S., strong written and communication skills required. Work often includes highly confidential information. One to three years of related experience.
