Job Description

Title of the Project :

Copper oxide based cost-effective photovoltaics by magnetron sputtering

Qualification :

M.Sc. (Physics/Materials Science); M.Tech. (Materials Science / Solid State Technology)

Desirable (if any) :

Experience in the growth of Thin films and associated Characterizations


Selected candidate will have an opportunity to register for Ph.D. degree in VIT

Stipend :

For M.Tech. or M.Sc. with GATE/JEST/NET: First two years: JRF (Rs. 31,000/-) + 10 % HRA (Rs. 3,100/-) per month. Third year: SRF (Rs.35,000/-) + 10% HRA (Rs.3,500/-) per month.

M.Sc. candidates without GATE/JEST/NET will be paid as per VIT norms.
