Reporting to the Dean of the Faculty of IT and leading on and contributing to Faculty and University-wide educational strategy, the Deputy Dean Education will play a critical role in driving impactful educational initiatives and developing a distinctive pedagogy that is innovative, interdisciplinary, industry-oriented, and aligned with the Faculty’s and University’s research strengths. The appointee will have an outstanding record of scholarly activity in a relevant field and proven excellence in teaching. A visionary leader, they will demonstrate strategic thinking and a penchant for innovation, particularly as it relates to Monash University’s strategic focus on digital education.
