Clinical Research Associate

Department : KHP Clinical Trials Office

The King's Health Partners Clinical Trials Office (KHP-CTO) wishes to recruit a dynamic CRA to be responsible for supporting and monitoring the APIPPRA clinical trial. This is a Phase IIB randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multi-centre clinical trial which seeks to evaluate the feasibility and efficacy of preventing the development of rheumatoid arthritis in an at-risk population of individuals, using biological therapy already approved for use in established disease, to achieve the highest quality standards.

The CRA will also support the Senior Clinical Research Associates and Quality Manager in fulfilling regulatory compliance activities and delivering training. This post presents an exciting opportunity for a talented CRA to apply their skills in an extended monitoring function and to expand their experience base.

The successful candidate will ideally hold a degree in life sciences or an equivalent qualification and have experience in monitoring clinical trials to GCP. Experience may have been gained within a pharmaceutical company, contract research organisation or NHS/Academic research environment. The successful applicant for this exciting post will be an enthusiastic team player and possess significant influencing skills.

Interviews will be conducted on Tuesday 7 May 2019.

This post will be offered on a fixed-term contract until Dec 2020.

This is a full-time post

The selection process will include a panel interview and a monitoring exercise.
