Student Engagement Officer
About the position
The Student Business Centre provides administrative support and advice to students and Faculty staff on a range of matters including enrolment, timetabling, examinations, international student compliance, graduation, FEE-HELP, US Loans, Scholarships and Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC).
Reporting to the Coordinator, Enrolment & Student Engagement this position will work as part of a team to develop and maintain effective collaborative relationships throughout the university community to facilitate information sharing.
The focus of this role is to oversee student engagement activities for the Student Business Centre in the areas of front counter management, provision of advice and information, student communication and associated tasks
About the person:
The successful candidate will possess a relevant qualification coupled with significant administration experience in a customer focused environment. Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and problem solve competing tasks to meet deadlines is essential.
Previous experience in a higher education institution in the area of student administration, customer service or student experience is desirable.

Remuneration for the appointment will commence at $56 699 per annum plus 9.5% superannuation.
