The School of Medicine wishes to appoint a Clinical Senior lecturer in Disaster Medicine and Urgent care for an exciting area of provision. You will be instrumental in the development of the Remote, Rural and Emergency Medicine areas within the School.
To be equal to the challenge, you will need experience of teaching and professional leadership, both strategic and operational, including experience of leading cutting edge developments in the areas of Remote, Rural and Emergency Medicine. Your track record includes successful management and implementation of governance, risk and quality assurance processes to meet internal and professional, regulatory and statutory body requirements.
You will have a relevant reputation in the area of remote, rural, Emergency Medicine and /or Urgent care. With relevant experience of working in emergency medicine / Pre Hospital Emergency Medicine. You will have GMC / HCPC registration with licence to practice and be on either the specialist register in emergency medicine / Or GP register together with a relevant degree and master's level qualification in a related discipline are essential. Alongside proven interpersonal skills to work with industry, academic, clinical and management colleagues at all levels and develop strong working relationships with senior stakeholders.
