Each Technical Specialist will be charged with ensuring the delivery of services both internal to other teams within the IT function and the broader University, including services consumed by both staff and students undertaking world class teaching, learning and research. The Technical Specialist will be expected to support, development and maintenance our current services and develop new, more agile ways of working.
Day to day activities will include the coordination of the installation, configuration and upgrade of University Network or Audio Visual estate, including a number of complex projects to deliver a rolling programme of continual service improvement, covering staff and students.
